Briefly about PHOENIX Pharma
It has more than 2500 pharmacy partners in Hungary. It ensures the supply of medicines to its partners and supports them in managing their physical presence. Both BENU and Sympatika are part of the large company's portfolio and we have been working closely together for many years on shop fitting, digital signage, signage, print, POS and communication materials.
We serve more than 400 locations across the country. Another challenge of collaboration, in addition to the complexity of transport, is adapting different communication tools to meet the branding requirements of diverse locations.
Sometimes, some elements cannot be adapted to each pharmacy due to the different parameters of the stores, so we have to adapt them on site during installation and adapt them to the needs of the pharmacy. In these cases, we are always ready to make minor or major changes to ensure that the look and feel is in line with the branding, franchise guidelines, and the pharmacy team, which is a great opportunity for our team to learn.
BENU
BENU is present in 10 European countries with more than 1300 pharmacies. In Hungary, it operates more than 300 pharmacies. BENU is a professional international brand that successfully delivers concept, quality and innovation, for example through knowledge of local needs, personalised advice and customer focus.
For over 10 years, BENU has trusted us to manage, design, manufacture and install their physical presence and various communication materials. Our relationship is constantly evolving and changing according to the needs of the market.
The joint work started with shop decoration, which now involves refitting around 40 shops a year. During such a refit works, we update shop windows, doorways and interior communication elements, including:
- signage elements (decals, totems, various illuminated signs and lightboxes),
- digital signage,
- wayfinding elements,
- and printed, or decorational materials.

For BENU we produce wayfinding signs made of an exciting magnetic material. Thanks to this technology, they are efficient and can easily adapt their current product range according to seasonality and customer needs.
Digital signage is a modern communication solution that displays digital content on screens. The implementation of digital signage in BENU stores is the result of a multi-year joint development process with Wallboard. We currently operate nearly 700 screens in BENU's pharmacies.
Digital signage is a more environmentally friendly alternative to the continuous printing of advertising material. Displays are a more efficient and flexible solution for faster and easier content distribution. Displays also allow multiple advertising materials to be displayed, which automatically alternate between each other. The display has many possibilities, for example, creatives can include video or animation and can play audio alongside moving or static content.
SZIMPATIKA
Szimpatika is a network of nearly 400 pharmacies operating in Hungary. Our cooperation with company started in 2022 with the implementation of the rebranding works.
During the project we designed, manufactured, delivered and installed:
- decals,
- illuminated signage elements,
- various printed and decorative materials.
Working together with a network of nearly 800 titles is challenging, but it is also a learning and growing experience.
