Interior Design Solutions at the Hungarian Suzuki Headquarters
In 2023 we started a long-term cooperation with Magyar Suzuki, mainly in the field of interior design. In the course of the joint work, we will implement interior design, decoration, wayfinding and outdoor signage solutions for the entire factory area in multiple phases.
The aim is to modernise and recreate the spaces involved: meeting rooms, reception, production area, etc., with solutions that are in line with the Suzuki brand.
We had the opportunity to get involved in the project right from the first step - the survey phase. This brings many advantages, both in terms of design and production. Our in-house design team was able to apply solutions that were compatible with our production processes straight away. This means that we present 100% feasible solutions that, when implemented, look exactly as they do in the presentations. This meant that no compromises had to be made on design.
Such projects, implemented as a one-stop shop, are a great relief by avoiding possible failures in the communication chain and, of course, by using well thought-out solutions that can be produced immediately. This guarantees our customers faster implementation and increased reliability in projects.
Interiors inspired by Suzuki history and Japanese-Hungarian culture
The interior design concepts were based on Suzuki's history, Japanese culture and the brand's Hungarian past and roots.
Suzuki Arena VIP room interior design, decoration and signage solutions
The result of our first collaboration was the complete interior design of the VIP room of the Suzuki Arena in Esztergom. The space was already finished from the construction point of view, and a huge meeting table was part of the equipment. Our task was to shape the space according to the different functions and visitor needs.
As they organise a variety of programs in the space, it is sometimes used for management meetings and other times for recording video podcasts. For the furnishing design, we were guided by the need for a consistent atmosphere, appropriate acoustics and easy access.
In addition to fulfilling its functional roles, the VIP meeting room serves as a representative space. This underscores the paramount importance of what and how it is presented, particularly from a brand communication perspective.
From the very first meters of the Suzuki site, visitors will find an inviting waiting and relaxation area
The aim of the reception area redesign was to create a clean, pleasant environment for new arrivals, staff who want to take a breather, and for more casual meetings.
Such an arrival and relaxation point was also needed at Suzuki, as right next to the reception area you have the HR department, a payments section and 2 meeting rooms - so it's a busy place. The new layout allows guests to wait in a pleasant, relaxing environment and colleagues to take a break.
We applied a wall graphic reflecting Esztergom and Japan to the entire wall of the "rest area". Several green coloured live moss walls, signs and cabinets built into the wall.
The space is equipped with an illuminated t-flex that provides mood lighting and can convey different messages and images thanks to interchangeable creatives.
